With strategically located engineers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, we are able to deliver cost and process efficiencies that include stock holding for spare parts at over forty locations and centralised logistics centres.
Project management & support
Our primary objective is project delivery. We will provide planning, organisation and support, along with securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific engineering project goals and objectives.
All work undertaken by prism is monitored, recorded and reported on according to the relevant Service Level Agreements. We are so confident in our ability and services, that we financially back our commitments.
Asset tracking guarantee
All stock items under the control of prism can be tracked in real time from the “cradle to the grave” and are all fully guaranteed against loss. Our logistics and tracking system gives the client full visibility at all times of stock locations and it can be customised to fit your unique business requirements.
Prism can effectively manage and process the disposal of your “end of life” equipment. We can undertake the collection or extraction of equipment from the field and then return it to our warehouse facility for storage before bulk disposal – this method has proved highly successful. All disposal is in accordance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations (Registration Number CB/AM3057QH).
