PRISM is our very own bespoke job tracking system, unique in the industry to prism.

  • PRISM is a database driven web application that is used by prism. to give its users a clear and transparent view on the booking, allocation and progress of all jobs.

As an on line application it’s available 24/7, all you need is a web enabled device. Information can be viewed by all parties, engineers, staff and customers alike. When a change is made to a job, all parties privileged to that account can view it instantly. PRISM can also be set up to automatically pull jobs from a customers system. This is particularly useful on jobs with tight SLAs.

  • As a prism customer you can view all your projects and jobs, gather all relevant data and export them as a report. You can download these reports from the system whenever you choose to. The reports are downloaded as a CSV file, which makes the data easily accessible to many different programs including Microsoft Excel.
  • Your stock items can be also viewed and tracked via PRISM with a full history shown for each item that has entered our warehouse – whether that be a device or peripheral stock.
