Prism has a bespoke software system to help our customers. We use PRISM, a bespoke job tracking system accessed via the web.
By using an online database we can keep our customers fully informed about the stock we hold and the progression of jobs and booking systems.
Job Access
“Real time” job closures – whenever the engineer has a connection, the job closure information is automatically sent through to the PRISM portal.
Signature capture
On-line signature capture – ideal for contract collections or ID & Verification services.

Barcoding
On-site barcode scanning of terminal TID & Serial Numbers – This helps by removing the risk of data inputting errors.
Image uploads
Image or document upload from site – seamless file attachment system direct from the tablets camera on-site, through to the web based, fully visible PRISM portal.

PRISM is a database driven web application that is used by prism. to give its users a clear and transparent view on the booking, allocation and progress of all jobs.
Easy to use
As a Prism customer you can view all your projects and jobs, gather all relevant data and export them as a report. You can download these reports from the system whenever you choose to.
Reporting
The reports are downloaded as a CSV file, which makes the data easily accessible to many different programs including Microsoft Excel among many others.
Stock Control
Your stock items can be also viewed and tracked via PRISM with a full history shown for each item that has entered our warehouse – whether that be a device or peripheral stock.
